Boundary Surveys

Breaking Down Boundary Surveys

What Is A Boundary Survey?

When it comes to your property, the first thing that you’ll want to do is figure out what the boundaries are. A boundary survey is what would define the boundaries and the conveyance of a land.

We can handle everything from the smallest plot of land in town to a large farm that takes up hundreds of acres and stretches for miles.

Some examples of when you may need a boundary survey could be when the current description of the land is rendered inaccurate or no longer valid, when there’s a new parcel that is being created from a pre-existing larger parent parcel, or when there’s a boundary dispute between two property owners that are adjacent to each other. In those cases, we’ll come out and survey the boundary to help them determine the best outcome.
