Boundary Survey
Whether you are looking to put up a fence or create a new piece of land out of an existing parcel, you will be adding value to your property by having an accurate description of your boundary lines.
Mortgage Location Survey
Lenders will often want to know a description of the improvements that have been made to a property. We will also search for any permanent appurtenances that are part of the property.
This does not replace a boundary survey.
Topographic Survey
This survey will measure any elevations that are on the property. We will also locate natural or man made features, such as trees or fences.
