What Fox Surveying Is All About

Fox Surveying Company was founded in 1995 by Steven A. Fox after 10 years of surveying experience and has been serving land owners and prospective land owners ever since.

A graduate of Ohio Northern University, Steve has over 35 years of surveying experience. Steve retired from the Ohio Department of Transportation with over 20 years as a Survey Manager. Steve has been a Registered Professional Surveyor in the State of Ohio since 1985. Steve Fox retired from the company in 2021.

Meet The Staff

William F. Stillions P.S. 8420

Bill has more than 30 years of experience in the field of land surveying, and a decade working in civil engineering and transportation engineering. He has been involved in a variety of surveying projects including property boundary retracements as well as new parcel creation. Special projects include topographic surveys and the creation of 3-Dimensional models, elevation certificates, flood plain determinations, and construction layout for developmental purposes.

As the former Vice-President of Fox Surveying, Bill was responsible for assisting Mr. Fox with the production of ALTA/NSPS surveys and reestablishing complex roadway and railroad alignments.

Bill enjoys spending quiet times with his wife, Lila, and their two adult children. He is a proud graduate of Elgin Local Schools and THE Ohio State University. He is licensed in the State of Ohio as both a Professional Engineer and a Professional Surveyor.

Benjamin J. Zucker P.S. 8802

A graduate of The Ohio State University and Franklin University, Ben earned his Professional Surveyors License in 2021. Ben has been part of the Fox Surveying Company since 2012 and is looking forward to continuing the excellence associated with Fox.

Based in Prospect, Ohio Fox Surveying Company can easily serve Marion, Hardin, Union, and Delaware Counties, but we are licensed to serve the entire State of Ohio.
